What are your Shipping fees?

We offer low preset shipping fees dependant of shipping destination and are automatically generated upon checkout. All shipping fees include basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. GST will be applied to all shipping charges.

What is your Shipping Method?

We use Canada Post to keep the costs at a minimum. Other carriers can be used if you prefer. As we pride ourselves in offering environmentally friendly products we will also ship using used boxes when possible. This allows us to be part of the solution in reducing waste in our landfills.

Is Local Pickup available?

As we are a home based business we do not have local pickup on all items. Whenever possible we can arrange for a drop-off/delivery on select items. Please call or email for availability.

What types of payment do you accept?

We have 2 options:

• Paypal -  Through them we accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Interac, and Paypal. PayPal is an industry accepted payment method for online shopping.
  

Do I have to pay taxes?

All Canadian residents will have to pay 5% GST on their orders. Taxes are not included in the price of the item and will be added to the total on checkout. USA residents are exempt from GST tax; however they are responsible for any customs duty or taxes levied.

What currency are your items listed in?

All items are listed in Canadian dollars.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders are processed as soon as they are received and in most cases cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order before it is shipped please email us immediately. Special & Custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Return/exchange policy

At Rockpretty Baby we strive to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange subject to the following:

In stock Items

    * Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving item for full refund (some exceptions apply)
    * All returns received after 14 days from your receiving them will be issued store credit.
    * All merchandise must be in new, unwashed and unused condition in original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.
    * Worn items, personalized items, sale items and special orders are not returnable.
    * Personal care products, such as baby balms are not returnable.

You must put this tracking # on the front of the package when shipping. Once your return is received by Rockpretty Baby, and if applicable you will receive the full purchase price of your merchandise less the original shipping costs. Sorry, but shipping costs, border taxes or custom charges are not refundable. Naturally, if an error is made by Rockpretty Baby, we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well.
