- Returns & Exchanges
- We're not happy unless you are, too. You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase excluding shipping charges and any international duties/taxes (if applicable). Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@rockprettybaby.ca to let us know what you're returning and why. Repack the product in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt and our return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval. Unfortunately any *special order* or *pre-order* items are not returnable for an exchange or refund. Please note on the individual product information page on our site if it is a special order item. It will be clearly marked at the bottom of the product description. Finally, we are unable to return certain products (ie. body care products, baby bottles, etc) due to hygenic reasons. We understand sometimes that one may have a change of heart with a purchase. If this happens to you please contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped or a special/preorder has not been placed with the manufacturer we are more then happy to refund the entire amount.
- Ordering
- Payment must be made in full before shipping your order. All purchases with a billing/shipping address within Canada are subject to 5% GST. No PST (yay!) on any purchases. Orders can be processed directly through our website, via email or over the phone. All US & international orders may be subject to their countries taxes and duties. These additional cost if they incure are the responsibility of the reciepient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Rockpretty Baby does not accept liability for the products we carry.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payments can be made securily directly on our site by Visa and Mastercard. We also offer the option to process your payment through Paypal. You will be redirected to Paypal's processing page during checkout. Paypal accepts numerous credit cards, banking transactions or Paypal account balances for your payments. Paypal is an industry accepted secure form of payment. No account is necessary (just be sure to click on the rather small link on the left side once you are redirected) to use Paypal. Interac Email Money Transfer is our final option. Currently available to Canadian Banks only. If you wish to use the secured method please contact us for the details.
- Currently, from time to time, we offer exclusive discounts to our loyal customers. If you wish to get the scoop first hand there are 3 ways to stay informed: sign up for our newsletter (our newsletter is monthly with the occasional promotional one. We do NOT spam, share your information in any way to anyone!), *like* us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter (see our quick links for these sites at the bottom of our site).
- Viewing Orders and/or Updating Account Information
- You can view any current or previous orders by setting up an account on our site. This also allows you to set up a wishlist, reorder your favorite products or track the process of an outstanding order. We do NOT share your information with anyone! *Cross my heart* Anytime you view your account, make changes to your account or use our checkout you can see that we are a SECURED site (as noted in the address bar at the top of your browser).
- Miscellanious Information you might wish to know
- We sell gift certificates (any denomination between $10-1000). Our gift certificates can be bought for yourself (because we know you deserve it!) or gifted to another. Gift Certificates are vitual and come with a Pin number that is emailed to the recipient. Super easy to use, the pin is entered during checkout. The recipient can choose to use the entire amount, the partial amount desired or in combination with another form of payment. You can also track your balance online.
- I've been asked numerous times where Rockpretty Baby came from. I'd love to tell you some amazing story but it's much simpler then that. A LONG time ago (I'm going to date myself) when the web was just becoming mainstream I found it VERY difficult (and it still is) coming up with a screen name that was easy to remember and not already claimed. After numerious failed attempts I was looking around my room and came across my videos (yes people videos not dvd's). Two of my favorite movies were The Rock and Pretty Woman = Rockpretty. The screen name stuck! After having my boy and girl it just worked. They were my Rock and my Pretty.
