Returns & Exchanges
We're not happy unless you are, too!
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Refund will be processed back onto the original form of payment excluding shipping charges and any international duties/taxes (if applicable).
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please contact us at info@rockprettybaby.ca to let us know what you're returning and why.
Pack the product and include a copy of your receipt and our return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval.
Unfortunately any *special order* or *pre-order* items are not returnable for an exchange or refund.
Finally, we are unable to return certain products (ie. body care products, baby bottles, etc) due to hygienic reasons.
We understand sometimes that one may have a change of heart with a purchase. If this happens to you please contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped or a special/preorder has not been placed with the manufacturer we are more then happy to refund the entire amount.
