Shipping & Delivery

We try to keep it really simple because there are enough confusing things in life and this shouldn't be one of them!

We offer flat rate shipping charges within Canada and the Mainland US so you know what to expect before you get to the checkout. Rest assured if you forget all this be sure to use the handy Shipping Quote Calculator on the first page of checkout. You'll be able to see in an instant what your options are.

Within Canada & Mainland USA we ship with Canada Post expedited parcel service or Fedex. All packages are insured up to $100.

Flat rate shipping fees are as follows:

• $0-$99.99 = $4.95*


• $100 & over = FREE*



If you're lucky enough to live in Calgary the home of the beautiful Chinook we've got TWO additional options for you:



• Free Pick-up. We're centrally located in the inner city just to make things easy (well we didn't do that on purpose but it works out in your favour!) Just select this shipping option during checkout and we'll contact you to discuss the details.


• Free Local Delivery on any order over $35. This does not include the GST and all discounts/promotions must be applied to take advantage of this offer. What's better then shopping from the comforts of your own home and us bringing it to your door! We delivery typically on Tuesday and Thursdays but select this shipping option during checkout and we'll contact you to discuss the details.



Live outside the Canada & the mainland USA, we are happy to deliver virtually anywhere in the world. Please email your order to us and we will provide you with a quote for shipping prior to processing your order.

The little details, sorry there are a few but I'll try to keep them to a minimum:



• For USA and International orders please remember you orders will go through customs and this can on the rare occasion hold them up. Also, your order may be subject to duties and taxes which are your responsibility and not included in the cost of your order or shipping.


• We have a select few oversized items that have an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover the extra shipping fees. When applicable, these charges will be noted in the product description section on the individual product page.


• Some of our items are drop shipped directly to you from our manufacturers. If this is the case, this will be noted in the product description page. Shipping may take slightly longer for these items and your entire order will not ship together in these circumstances.


• We do our best to process your order within 24-48 hours. This includes contacting you if you require a pick-up, delivery or shipping it. If shipped you'll receive a secondary email from us with the tracking # for your order. This allows you to peak in on the folks at Canada Post to see where your shipment is.


• When you receive your order/shipment you may note the packaging it is in. Whenever possible we reuse boxes that we've saved/received to package your order in. We're trying to do our part in helping Earth and now you can say you're doing your part too. So please recycle or reuse whenever possible!
